So want a recipe for something super duper easy and veggie friendly?? This year for Thanksgiving why not try cauliflower smash instead of mashed potatoes? Now you can make these with cheese, cream and all those fabulous things. In fact, here is a recipe for that. But my favorite way of eating smashed cauliflower is like this:
Serves 6
What you'll need:
3 heads of cauliflower
salt and pepper to taste
Chopped chive to garnish
What you'll do:
Steam the cauliflower to the point where it falls apart when you stick a fork in it. Strain and puree. Salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped chive.
this looks DELICIOUS!! i have a huge (head?) of cauliflower in my fridge days away from going bad!! i hope my two year old can be tricked into eating this! haha he loves mashed potatoes!

My mom always made this growing up over the holidays and I loved it! But her recipe always included cheese and milk. So excited to have a vegan recipe!! Thanks :)

I made this and it was really good. Just added some
Garlic salt at the end to give it a little more kick.

This looks delicious, and so healthy! I can't believe how much it resembles mashed potatoes.
